Hi Sheri

We currently hold an A+ rating with the BBB https://www.bbb.org/denver/business-reviews/internet-providers/viasat-inc-in-englewood-co-9036631

However I would STRONGLY STRONGLY encourage you to email us at viasatlistens@viasat.com to direct your complaint to as we will work with you to find a resolution.

I wouldn’t contact them anymore until you resolve the issue with the BBB.

How in the world can you have an A+ rating when there is only ONE positive review out of 1,236 complaints????  This is ridiculous!  WOW!!
I STRONGLY STRONGLY encourage you to stop robbing people.
This company is a complete joke.  I cancelled today, 3 days into my billing cycle.  I agreed to pay the cancellation fee for early termination, but with 26 days left in my billing cycle, that money is not returned to me, or prorated and added to my termination fee???  This is highway robbery honestly.
Mark my words, this company will be settling a class action law suit in the near future.

It is plainly stated in the contract you signed when you agreed to the service.

Arbitration is an option, but no class action suits.

Lol. Good luck with that one guys.

I guess you didn't read your contracts before agreeing to the service.

And Better Business Bureau. That's a good one too.

It took less than 24 hours after filing a complaint with the BBB, and yeah, it is a good one...

I simply answered Sheri's question by something that is easily found within a few seconds on Google. This was not intended to rally anyone.

While I understand why this is a method some would like to take I cannot urge you enough to contact us at viasatlistens@viasat.com first.

The team that handles if you sent anything to this agency sit a few feet from the team I'm part of. We work in the same office. We're all corporate employees. If you want to contact corporate give the viasatlistens@viasat.com email a try first. We can make the same authorizations or the same resolutions you may be seeking as long as it's within reason. You won't be talking to the same people you talk to on the phone.

Plus, we can give you a much quicker turnaround time!!  So if you REALLY want a resolution for a problem you might have with the service I'd advise you send an email to us at viasatlistens@viasat.com. You're still contacting the corporate office and will get a response within 24 hours instead of a few business days.
