Is request to test service legit?

I have received several emails in the past week from companies claiming to be Exede's Customer Care Scheduling Team ("Adcomm") or the Installation Provider for the central NY region ("Sylantech Inc."). Both of them say that my system has been automatically tested and it is not running at its optimum performance and to call and schedule someone to come out AT NO CHARGE to perform a system tuneup of outdoor hardware. Are these legit? If so, which one should I call because they are both claiming they will do it for free but I don't want to be scammed.

We do from time to time do installation audits and if a dish isn't getting optimum signal we do reach out. With several parts of the nation using a dealer it could be any number of company names. The best way to find out if this is valid or not is to call our customer care team at 855-463-9333 and ask if your account has been flagged as such.

I got THE phone call today. Just called Customer Service to verify. Mine was everything is good.
