Why dosen't someone in the company walk over to the "program development" department and ask them to provide useful information in the "USAGE EVENTS" link or get rid of it. You have the information because you know when to "cut us off" so why don't you simply pass it on to us?
And while your at it, get rid of the annoying "you used all your data" message"? It is redundant, ineffective, provides the customer no value, and inhibits my internet access.
