I want to see if I need to reduce my plan, but I can only see how much usage I currently have. Is there a way I can see how much data I have used over the past few months?

The current month and last month's data usage is available using the eSVT tool or by sending an email to Be sure to include your account number in your email.

For the months prior to last month, it is not available, unless you have a wireless router with a data management tool built in.

To confirm what Steve said, we can only show the current and prior month's usage. A 3rd party tool will be needed to see beyond that.

We are subject data limits yet we can't track or data usage.....  I have a link named "USAGE EVENTS" that takes me to a page that repeatedly lists "Threshold exceeded" and "Quota Exceeded". Can someone please tell me what possible value that is to the customer since we already get emails warning us of the approaching doom of going over our data cap and then once we do, we get the dreaded:

Dear Satellite Internet Customer

You have used 100% of your monthly data allowance. As a result, your Internet speeds will be significantly reduced for the remainder of your monthly service or billing period. To view your usage, please visit your on-line account.

You may purchase additional data to restore your service to regular speeds prior to the end of your monthly service or billing period. Please contact your Internet Service Provider if you have any questions.

which then randomly pops and blocks the page I'm trying to reach from loading and I have to close the tab and do it again,

Why dosen't someone in the company walk over to the "program development" department and ask them to provide useful information in the "USAGE EVENTS" link or get rid of it. You have the information because you know when to "cut us off" so why don't you simply pass it on to us?

And while your at it, get rid of the annoying "you used all your data" message"? It is redundant, ineffective, provides  the customer no value, and inhibits my internet access. These changes are certainly not complicated and it seems to me that it is just another example of Exede not listening to the customer. SAD, VERY SAD.
