I have had Exede for a couple of years now with no problems until about 2 weeks ago I could no longer connect to the internet. I am running a Asus RT-AC66U router. I called Exede support and the first thing they said was that I needed my dish realigned so created a service call. They came out and aimed the dish which really needed it. Didn't fix my router problem. I removed the router and went straight from the modem to my computer. Worked ok then. So...I thought the router must be bad, ordered another one, tried it ....same problem.  I had an old D-Link router and I tried that and it worked. Now I am not sure whats going on????? The D-Link doesn't have the range or I would use it. I understand that a couple of weeks ago there was an software update to the modem? About the time my trouble started. Could I have a modem problem since 2 Asus routers won't work on my system and the first one did for over 2 years?  Any ideas would be appreciated

Hi Ron,

Can you provide some more details on the exact problem you are seeing? All of our NightShift customers use ASUS routers and we don't see a lot of problems on those.

Ron, As Gerrit stated, can you be more specific as to what issues you are having?  Is it when you connect your Asus router and try to connect wirelessly you are not getting an internet connection from the router or what?

Well guys, I don't know what to say. I plugged in the Asus router again to check on what the errors were so that I could explain what was happening?  I know from before, that after I would run the setup it would say "connected" but when I tried to use my browser or email it would say "website unavailable, basically not on line.
So I reset the router again for the ????? time, but this time its working again!  I don't know whats going on but for now I am back in business with the Asus router. I want to thank you all for offers to help. I really appreciate it. I will just keep my fingers crossed and hope it stays working.  Again thanks!

I would create an account on the wildblue forum and have Neil double check everything just to make sure it wasn't a glitch on their end that they need to take a look at and make sure its not happening to others.
