I have had Exede for a couple of years now with no problems until about 2 weeks ago I could no longer connect to the internet. I am running a Asus RT-AC66U router. I called Exede support and the first thing they said was that I needed my dish realigned so created a service call. They came out and aimed the dish which really needed it. Didn't fix my router problem. I removed the router and went straight from the modem to my computer. Worked ok then. So...I thought the router must be bad, ordered another one, tried it ....same problem. I had an old D-Link router and I tried that and it worked. Now I am not sure whats going on????? The D-Link doesn't have the range or I would use it. I understand that a couple of weeks ago there was an software update to the modem? About the time my trouble started. Could I have a modem problem since 2 Asus routers won't work on my system and the first one did for over 2 years? Any ideas would be appreciated
