Is there a problem with Exede today? My email has not updated since yesterday and I usually have 20-30 emails waiting on me every morning.

Mine is working just fine. I got several emails today, which is normal for me.

Diana,  We have Exede Voice and have not had any service since around noon on Saturday.  Have tried to log into myexede and we are not able to do so at least to be able to chat with someone.  We have been on hold for over an hour trying to talk to customer service.  Our account is 303122298.  This is Donna Clifton in Edgewood, Tx.

Hi Donna, have you tried power cycling everything? Power down your computer, power down your modem, router and voice adapter. Disconnect all Ethernet cable form the modem and router. Wait two full minutes, power on the mode ONLY, let it fully boot up so that all lights except the bottom one are on or flickering. Now connect your router's Ethernet cable to the modem and power the router on. Wait for it to fully cycle up. Connect your voice adapter to the router (or modem if you don't have a router.) wait for that to power on completely. Connect your computer to the router or voice adapter and power it on and wait for it to be fully booted up.
