Is there a network based limit on the size of download files. I am having trouble with zipped instructional videos over 300MB.

I have tried turning off the firewall and security software as well as multiple browsers to see if the problem was with anything I believe I have control over. I haven't tracked down any other place that has large files for download, but the site in question states that they have no problem with these files.

It's on your end... somewhere.  Windows 10 had multi-gigabyte updates that people suffered through just fine.  Try Firefox or the ViaSat browser.  Your target location must be capable of holding the download.

I have downloaded many ISO files in the 2-4GB range without any problem.

I ave had Windows 10 updates that are as high as 5 GB, no problem. I have to agree with Judge and Jury, it is on your end.

I've done a couple of 80 GB plus downloads, no problem. I routinely do 2-5 GB downloads weekly.
