Any up front fees, if applicable, will be added to your first bill:

The possible exception would be any installer fees incurred due to a "non-standard installation" - those are typically paid directly to the installer. Installers are entitled to recoup efforts for a "non-standard" install. Be sure to understand what's considered "non-standard".

Hi Christopher,

Old Labs is correct.  Generally there are no upfront fees, though when your account is built, there will be a funds verification hold placed on your payment method for $60.  This hold is released almost immediately, but takes several days for your bank to place the funds back in your account.  The only other exception would be if you are in an area that offers installation without the 24 month agreement, in which case there would be an installation fee.  Even then, that's an option, not a requirement.
