Easy way to check is to connect your computer to the modem with a cable and see if the problem persists. That way you eliminate the router as a possible problem.

Hi Mike. Unfortunately we can not troubleshoot a router or be able to tell you if it's bad or not but doing a router bypass and going directly into the modem to see if the problem persists will usually let you know if the router is the issue or not. Most times it is but that's an easy way to find out.

LOL @Brad, I think you meant "we CAN troubleshoot a modem..." got an extra "not" in there.

SAME HERE, last 3 days Internet goes on for a little bit the just shuts off, and i have to reset it! It's very unpredictable.
