I'm looking for a specific Customer Service Supervisor (Roberto V. #93264) who has information I need, but hasn't followed up with me. How can I track him down?

Hi Diana, What is an ETR? So you are not able to check the file number that I sent you, access that information, and get back to me (or have someone get back to me)? I will go on the excedelistens site, but am wondering why Roberto V. was not here to help, and has caused me all of this wasted time and frustration by not getting back to me with the information that he himself requested. Followup and send an email directly to the moderators at exedelistens@viasat.com and include your account information - this avenue is a separate one from phone support/customer service and the moderators here cannot determine your Exede account from the login credentials used here. They only know you as Josh.

Your earlier posts indicate a faulty modem, tria or install. The majority of support here is of a peer-to-peer nature and problems such as yours need to be addressed by ViaSat not other customers.
