Is it possible to not have easy pay? Send an invoice by email?

The business model used by Wildblue/Exede is, and always has been, that you must have a credit/debit card listed for them to automatically have access to pay your monthly bill...I think there is also a way for you to log into your account and trigger a payment...but they have never allowed billing you and waiting for a payment..

I remember someone complaining about their internet access cut off when one month there was not enough money on their debit card to cover the monthly bill...

It would be wise to call them to totally understand their current policy...

unfortunately it is not an option.  we have been with wild blue / exede for over 5 years.  only thing i can tell you is to have overdraft protection if that is a concern for you. we have it just in case.

This is all true Lex. Our only payment plans right now is credit/debit with/without autopay or a Electronic Funds Transfer. Those are our current payment methods.
