I have tried to get into my account for about 2 months to find my usage. Each time I am told I have incorrect info. I follow the directions given each time and get the same answer. How do I get in?.

Go to and set up an account...if you have done that already but don't remember your information, you can click on the forgot password link and you can reset it. If you don't remember any of it you can send am email with your account and contact on for and they can help you as well. Also you can go here and it might help as well.

I went through this same thing for 2 months could not enter into the account even when they reset a password. Finally all of a sudden I could after resetting their provided password and their provided name as well.
