Is anyone else having problems will their bill increasing from first quote

My first month bill was not what was originally quoted for term of my 2 year contract. After HOURS on the phone, it was fixed. Now a year later I am having the same issue. Serveral team members, including supervisors, vice cooperate specialist, can't fix the problem and are extremely rude!!! I've spent numerous hours on the phone for solutions and have yet to been connected to a helpful, respectful or kind person. I have been lied to and stuck with this horrible company for another 9 months. Not to mention my internet is super slow and doesn't work half of the time. Would never recommend to anyone!!!

I have  been using Wildblue/Exede since April 2008 and have never had any bill changes that I did nor create because of changing plans.

It happen too me wanted the 59.95 plan they put me on the 99.00 plan and got exede voice was to pay 19.95 for 6 months they socked it too me 29.95 it happens. not upset they took care of me. the phone service blows me away think its cool on the dish you get phone service very happy with exede

I also have been using Wildblue/Exede since 2009 and never had any bill changes even when changed plans always came on the same date.

Never had a billing change I did not know about, generally that's because I changed plans, or the once a year property tax recovery fee. Of course, it went up when my free equipment lease expired and, when the promotional rate on Exede voice ended but, I knew those were coming.

Hello Ashley. Outside of changing plans or buying data, the annual property tax recovery fee, there shouldn't be an increase in your bill as we haven't raised prices. Please send an email to exedelistens@viasat.com and we'll look at your billing for you to see what's going on.
