My first month bill was not what was originally quoted for term of my 2 year contract. After HOURS on the phone, it was fixed. Now a year later I am having the same issue. Serveral team members, including supervisors, vice cooperate specialist, can't fix the problem and are extremely rude!!! I've spent numerous hours on the phone for solutions and have yet to been connected to a helpful, respectful or kind person. I have been lied to and stuck with this horrible company for another 9 months. Not to mention my internet is super slow and doesn't work half of the time. Would never recommend to anyone!!!
