Is anyone else experiencing really s-l-o-w internet? I'm getting "Connection was reset as page was loading" error message consistently! Is wildblue cutting back on? My internet ping is 1500 ms and should be about 300 ms. What's up? I may have to get a different service. Anyone else?
I have wildblue but isn't that also served by Exede? I have spent a small fortune trying to resolve the problems--such as, sites won't load, can't print, messages such as you are receiving about "connection reset during loading" , etc., etc., etc. I live where can only receive internet through satellite dish--limited options for services but am looking at finding a different internet provider besides Wildblue. Not sure if that will solve my problems.
Hello Ron, if you're still having the problems you'll probably want to call our support team at 855-463-9333 as the issue is happening to see if there's something on our end causing the connection issues. You can also email us at firstname.lastname@example.org but it's a first-in-first-addressed setup so the phone number will definitely be a quicker way to resolve your technical issues.
