I called yesterday and waited and waited finally just left a voicemail no one called me back concerning the fact that my box hasnt been working and im going to get charged for it. And its not even working plud its not even good at all i can barely do anything on my phone. Im not satisfied with the service or the customer service!! I want out!! Do not charge my account!!

What plan are you on and how much data have you used for your current billing cycle?

@Numero Seven, what "box" are you referring too? Is your internet not working or is it your phone isn't working?

Box may mean Modem, Router or, Voice adapter, or even a TV box of some kind. We need to know what you mean when you say "Box."

My modem isnt cutting on at all.

Okay, it's the weekend so, it is a bit rough getting in touch with the really good support people. A long hold time but, they will eventually answer if you call 855-463-9333.

In the meantime, is the modem plugged in to the wall outlet or a power supply or surge bar, or an extension cord? If it is NOT plugged directly into the wall, please make sure it IS plugged directly into the wall outlet.

If it is already plugged into the wall outlet, unplug it from the wall - not form the back of the modem adn wait 2 full minutes then plug it back in and see if it comes on.

If it comes on but you do not have internet access after five minutes, post here and tell us what color the light or lights are and, whether they are blinking or not.

Doing that will also help customer support if that does not get it working.

Okay, that sounds like a bad modem to me. You will need to call Customer Care and, arrange for a service call to get it replaced.

I wish it would have been something that could be fixed without a service call but, if the modem will not power on, the only way to get it replaced is with a service call.
