All the cables go to the right places, but when trying to activate the phone service, when I type in the MAC number, I get "Invalid device". I've checked the number multiple times, and I'm typing it in correctly. Now what?
Hi Kris, I''m sorry you're having a difficult time activating the phone. What number are your using? Is it a 300 or 400 #? That makes a difference. If you need assistance please call 855.463.9333. They will be able to activate it for you. Thanks
