Internet went poof 2.5 week out for a service appointment?

Internet went out, we found out its most likely the dish that shorted out. We had service calls in the past when it was exede and they came out the next day.  

Its not like we are saying our connection is slow or sporadic, its totally down for the count.  They have set an emergency call out, and escalated it but no call back.

I am using my saved LTE mobile data to do things, but we only get 2 bars out here.  also our phone is connected to Viasat as well, as I said above the 2 bars gets very spotty and drops calls a lot.

Just a thought.  CALL THEM!   They are probably trying to contact you using the number associated with the account, which is out, and they are probably giving the tech your Exede number as well.   We too have Exede voice and have nothing but trouble with first line call takers, they do not comprehend no internet = no phone!  "Unplug your modem and reset it"  "we cant we have Exede voice and it will drop this call"   "OH OK I can do a remote reset from here"  CLICK!  Got sick of 4 or 5 calls to first line.  Now we call during regular hours and demand to speak directly with advanced support.

I agree with Ron. With this being put on Emergency priority they are most likely trying to call you. They can at least make your cell phone be the number to call
