I'm sick of my internet stopping for 2 plus hours about
10-20 minutes after free zone kicks in. This happened 11 times last month
causing me to have to buy 1 additional Gb for $10. The modem shows all lights
on but none blinking except for the third light down which blinks very slowly. Everything says NO INTERNET CONNECTION.  Exede if you find this funny, hopefully you'll find it funny when i Cancel

Of course none of us think your problems are funny, but your report is interesting. I've been on the Freedom plan for 5 months now and have also been experiencing late night outages. I only recently realized that the outages are occurring just around when the LNFZ would have begun. (The LNFZ did not and probably still does not start exactly at midnight.)

Besides the late night outages, my problem is that my modem has been failing to reconnect after an outage. I've got an open case on my problem, and Exede is going to try replacing my modem to see if modem will at least reconnect after an outage.

My modem doesn't go out. All lights are and the only one that blinks is the 3rd one down but very slowly. Even the router is barely moving. I disconnect the router and wired direct to the computer no no avail. I get a little half yellow triangle on the bottom left of my screen where the internet connection icon is. If i open the internet connection, it shows a RED X between network and internet. I don't have to do anything, once Exede decides I've flowed enough tears, it starts working on its own. Yes Exede i have disconnected everything and even turned off computer and when re-connected same problem, tears run from my eyes.
