Internet speed is extreemly slow !

Hello, my Internet speed is acting as though I was in time-out but we have lots of allotted Internet left in this billing period. Can you check and see if the system has my speed turned down please?

You'd need to contact customer support using one of the other options at:

Alternately you can send an email to exedelistens@viasat.com and include your account and contact information (don't post it here since this is a public forum and FWIW this forum is operated by a third party, GetSatisfaction, so that the credentials you use here aren't tied to your Exede account and the moderators here have no way to determine your account info).

This is more of a peer to peer support forum than direct support.

I am also pretty convinced late nite free zone is being throttled, uploads are always normal while the download is being throttled to around 4mbps, it is like clock work it kicks in 30mins  before free zone EVERY morning..

noticing exact same thing........speeds go to normal around 4am.......they will say they dont cap though......strange my bandwidth meter flatlines at 4meg a sec though.......congestion would suggest spikes up and down
