After using my data limit I was told my speed would be between 1 and 5 mbps.umm try .29.This is ridiculous, I so regret this choice. No wonder they don't give you 3p days to back out, they would lose most cuztomers.

3p days to back out? You used all your data on a new account in 3 days? Ive need seen a speed listed by viasat for what you get after data is up.

Sounds like a Liberty plan to me. I'm on Liberty 12 and love it. It's a temendous value. I've currently used over 100 GB for the month and still have over 2 GB of priority data left. Gotta love the free zone.

You were told speeds of 1 to 5 mbps during the day, not during primetime.

256k is normal during primetime when you are on the Liberty Pass. You are getting what you are paying for and have no reason to complain.

It wouldn't be the new satellite, as what is being described as the Liberty Plan. That plan isn't on the new satellite.

When I was on dial up, I never got speeds any higher than 20 kbps.
