Have you tried rebooting your modem and wireless router? This may bring your speed back to normal. If it doesn't help, send an email to Exede Diana or Lindsey at email@example.com, include your account number and phone number, along with a description of the problem. They will be able to help you get back to normal.
Do you know how slow it is and what your usual speeds are ?(I am just curious). and what you are saying seems to confirm what we are often told when new customers and surprised at how much data we are using. It is not uncommon to hear that because of the faster speeds than some of us had before, we are able to be much more active and use more data. Do you mean you have only used 18% of your allowed 50 gb for a whole billing cycle?
