Internet service unreliable for about a month now

I have been very satisfied with the service, but lately I noticed it started to disconnect and connect , When I check my modem I see the RX SNR is lower then it used to be, it used to be around 10db, now it barely reaches 4 , Even on the nicest days with no clouds at all. What should I do?
My service is Evolution 20GB (6 mnts freedom)

I too have had good service until the last 5 days, unfortunately I called these clowns yest with the exact same complaints and got the response everything "looks" normal. like going to the Dr and not having that pain right at that very moment so you must be ok. had 1 disconnect early AM today with my "normal" service.  I live in northern Va.

You probably need the dish to re-pointed.  I recently had a tech come out and re-point my exede dish.   It turns out the technician who first installed my system over 2 years never pointed my dish correct to begin with.  He did not skew it at all,  it was left at 90 deg, and should have been 54 deg or so.    Request a tech to check out your equipment.  I think the Rx SNR should be atleast 8 or 9dB and if you had 10 in the past, it probably moved from heavy winds recently?
