Had a storm last night and lost connection. Shut down and went to bed. This morning when I turned back on I have no internet. I rebooted the modem and it came back up, but only for a couple of minutes. Tried this several times and it does the same. Tried direct to pc with ethernet and got the same. All lights are lit on the modem but no connection. Modem stats look good. I'm in the south georgia area, anyone else have problems.

Our team working on the issue are seeing some progress to resolving this and some customers might see restoration of surfing (however with very reduced speeds) as they continue to work on fixing the bigger issue. I'll update as I can.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
