internet not being reset to unmetered 3:00 A.M to 8:00 A.M.

i have the Essential 10 plan and the speed is not being reset, there turning these plans into a buy more data or you can't use the internet. well in my book that's trying to extort money from customers that can use the internet during unmetered time. i believe it's time to file a complaint with the F.C.C.and the B.B.B and state attorney general.

How do you know that your modem is not in the "Free mode"? It is common knowledge that the extremely high use of the Exede internet during the free zones, from midnight until 8 a.m. causes the speeds to be very slow. This is because so many users with the Essential and Classic plans are using download scheduling software to stream large files, game updates and Netflix programs. If you make too big a deal of slow speeds during the free zones, ViaSat may just solve the problem by just eliminating the free zone. The free zone was not a part of the original plans when Exede was first introduced in early 2012 but came about as a bonus late in 2012 because the late hour times had limited data usage. Soon after, the download scheduler programs became available, and the late night usage increased astronomically.
