Internet horrible last two months and I paid for more GB

Have called twice in the last two months complaining of super slow speeds. I had paid for more GB to use 3 or 4 months ago. Honestly the last two months have been horribly slow speeds. Have already spent a few hours on the phone trying to get rectified. As I type this on my phone with wifi off because I can't get on the net AT ALL. 90 minute wait when I called in for service. Need help please. This is horrible

There seems to be an outage tonight. I can't reach any websites. I've done the troubleshooting I can do.

Long waits like that tell me it's an Exede issue. See if you can reach webpages by morning. Then email exedelistens@viasat.com with your account and contact information. Ask them to investigate your slow speeds.


One hour later and the problem appears to be fixed - Kudos Viasat for getting on that problem with the DNS quickly.
