Internet horrible last two months and I paid for more GB

Have called twice in the last two months complaining of super slow speeds. I had paid for more GB to use 3 or 4 months ago. Honestly the last two months have been horribly slow speeds. Have already spent a few hours on the phone trying to get rectified. As I type this on my phone with wifi off because I can't get on the net AT ALL. 90 minute wait when I called in for service. Need help please. This is horrible

There seems to be an outage tonight. I can't reach any websites. I've done the troubleshooting I can do.

Long waits like that tell me it's an Exede issue. See if you can reach webpages by morning. Then email with your account and contact information. Ask them to investigate your slow speeds.

One hour later and the problem appears to be fixed - Kudos Viasat for getting on that problem with the DNS quickly.
