Internet has now been out for a solid five days after paying my bill. Worthless.

Micki, you need to call Exede because this forum is NOT meant for hardware support nor can they help you with your "no internet" problem. They have no way to connect to your modem or trouble shoot your issue(s).

Please call Exede and allow them to trouble shoot your no internet issue.

I wish it was a modem problem. Funny how as soon as I complain publicly, like magic, it comes back on every time.
