No internet for two weeks, exceed tells us first it's an issue with a beam in Denver... I live in California. Then they tell me it's an issue with my address. The same address I have been living at for 20 years and they said I moved and had to pay a move fee. I haven't moved... then they said the previous service I was getting was for another address and that for my address I couldn't have the same plan and had to pay for a new contract. So I just tried to cancel my service and they want to charge me a service cancellation fee. When I said I would t pay it because they dropped service to me first, they said I still had to pay and hung up on me!!!! What terrible people!!!!
