Internet getting shut off is getting old

for the 2nd time in 2 weeks I get this message Attention!

It appears that your account has a past due balance, so we've temporarily deactivated your account. To resume service, please make sure your payments are current.

If you receive Exede or WildBlue Internet service, you can make a payment online by logging into your My.Exede.net or eCare.WildBlue.net account.

If you receive your Internet service from another service provider, please contact that service provider to resolve any issues with your account.

My account is paid in full and ech time I have to contact excede for them to fix it! Its get aggivating

This just has to be bogus.  Exede would use your name, not "Dear Customer:"  and if you get your service from somewhere else, exede wouldn't have a problem with you so you wouldn't hear from them and exede isn't the business type that would give you the good 'ol boy   "The customer care folks"  (my, how 'folksy' !). If your account was deactivated, they wouldn't tell you to log-in now would they?  How could you with a deactivated account? 

Don't click anything on your screen when that message appears, hit the"Alt" key, hold it and press the "F4'  key to close the window (so both are pressed at the same time, if you run Windows).  This will close whatever program is "on top" which will probably be your browser and then you can re-start your browser.  One more thing.. Most web pages owned by exede end with .COM.

Its not BOGUS because I can access the exede website but not any other site! So I chat with customer service and they fix it! they say the settings are off or something in the system so they fix it in a couple mins and Im back in business!

please call us at 855-463-9333 (although there could be a wait due to an outage) or email me at exedelistens@viasat.com and we can look into this. Just from the sound of this (and I may be wrong...I'll need to look at your account to be certain) it's possible that your payment method on file is only put in as a one-time payment rather than a recurring payment and the last few times it was entered as a one-time payment rather than recurring.
