Internet down on 2nd day of Viasat-2

Internet is down, when i try to text in to check my device it states that my account is not active right now. i tried support and was told that they can not access my account and that i would have to call back in 2 hours. anyone else having this issue?

actually just got off the phone. was told they had a update on their end and now the system is back up.
