No internet connection
We had the exact same problems. We have had Exede since June 2016. Worst company EVER! I argued with them for almost an hour because I want to terminate it. The agent tried to talk me out of it. I told her, "Why would I want to continue paying for something that does not work." After telling Jean the customer service agent of my problems, she said her 2 best friends have it and love it. Then she got rude. Buyer beware! Do not sign up for this service!
