Slow speeds

Internet has been very very slow the last couple of days.. I know that it is slow during peak hours.. but this is really getting ridiculous... I pay to much for it to be so slow... and pages don't want to load and graphics are so slow it takes forever.. What is going on? I really pay a lot of money to have speeds higher than almost dial up.. Please advise.

Found out the system issue from northwest actually affected all of Virginia and parts of North Carolina. Why exede won't admit the issue is beyond comprehension.

You guys have same response to everything, let us review your account. Well you have reviewed mine a dozen times and never given me the same answer twice. Fact is, you get away with substandard Internet for an outrageous price. That will change soon, at least in Kentucky as the Attorney General is about to start looking in to your corrupt business practices. Can't wait

ron Hamblin. If you would let the community know just what your problems with your Exede internet you are having, they might be able to help you. Just rambling on like you did above does not allow anyone out here to help you. Be  more specific as to what "corrupt business practices" you feel Exede is actually doing.

Really, glad you know my situation. NOT!!! I have been in discussions with them for 5 months. You need to shut your mouth Christine, unless you know what you are talking about. I have posted my concerns on here for months so I would appreciate you know the facts before you question my integrity. I used 10 gb this month in 6 days, with system turned off. They have no explanation for it. So yes they run a orrupt and deceptive business practice. I have recorded every conversation, every lie. So I know what I am talking about

If you are upset with Exede, that's fine! We can hear you out and work with you but please don't attack other users on here for tying to help you. This forum exists as a user community where users and employees alike can help people with problems with the service. That's 100% why we suggest emailing exedelistens@viasat.com. That goes directly to us in the corporate office, you don't have to deal with anyone but us.

 It's *NOT* the same email as our usual customer service email. If you want to talk to someone in corporate please send an email there, I encourage you to do so as it sounds like you have some major issues that you have with the company. Handling concerns like that is why I'm employed here. Send me an email and I'll work with you.
