Intermittent service

For the last month, I've had intermittent service. Today, I reset the modem, then used the Troubleshoot tool 5 times, and it actually connected now. It seems like there is no reason for this sporadic service when it works fine now.

What is the Troubleshoot tool?  That's a new one for me.

More than likely the one included in Windows wireless network.
