For about two months now we have been experiencing intermittent outages. This happens on a cloudless day, no breeze, nothing, and happens at different times of day and night. Not just during peak hours. It is very frustrating, especially since we use the Exede Voice service also. I have been in the middle of conversations and the phone goes out. These outages last about 5 mins, 10 at most. We pay $100 a month for this service and something needs to be done. I know our beam has been oversold and wonder if this isn't part of the problem. We have been mostly satisfied with our service, other than the data cap but that's the price we pay to live in our beautiful neck of the woods, but I am seriously considering switching my phone service back to Verizon (shudder) just to have dependable phone service. Please help! I have tried rebooting my modem and my router and our service just reset yesterday. Nothing works.
