Intermittent Internet

We had called a few weeks ago because our internet was not working. After rebooting the main hub, it did start working. However, it only works during certain times of the day. I know it will cost $$ to have someone come out to fix it and I would like to have someone sent.

If the Tech folks at Excede can't get the issue resolved remotely that will schedule a free work order with the local provider. It sounds like that is their intent. Good luck.
