Any one concerned about this, regardless of their stance on net neutrality, should be contacting their congressional representatives urging that the FCC make the proposed net neutrality rules public before voting on them (tentatively scheduled for tomorrow) - otherwise we'll find ourselves in a "we've got to pass the rules to find out what's in them" situation.

Never fear, "We are from the Government and we are here to help you." About 20 years ago, the balance of the FCC administrators changed from engineers to lawyers. (I applied for and was offered a job to help sort out cell phone network applications. I turned it down because it would have meant a cut in pay over what I was earning as an engineer in the DOD.)
