installing new modem Excede sent me.

I have the new modem you sent me to change to a 25GB plan and have connected it but had to go back to old modem because the new modem did not connect. It has to connect for me to go on line and follow directions in the self-installation guide.

I don't know how to get the new modem to work to connect to the current system.

If that doesn't get you connected with the new modem, call support at 855-463-9333 and someone can walk you through what you need to do.
