Installation waiver

I subscribed to Exede but when the installer came, he wouldn't mount the dish to the side of the house because it was stucco. I've had a DirecTV dish there for 17 years with no issues so I'm confident it wouldn't cause any issues if installed properly. I understand the installer's hesitance since he would lose his certification but I'm more than willing to sign a waiver absolving Exede of any future problems arising from the dish installation.
Is there a waiver available? Roof or pole mount is out of the question.

Hello Terry, I can definitely understand your frustration with the tech not willing to install the equipment directly on your stucco. It is purely at the techs discretion were they choose to install the equipment based on all variables involved. A possible option would be to contact our Customer Care Line at 866.945.3258. And request to have a different tech sent out for a second opinion. Once a second opinion is given that would be the final say so.

From Exede Installation Specifications:

The approved surfaces for a wall mount are  Panel or lap siding  Brick or poured concrete*  Hollow or cinder block*  If a surface
is not specifically approved, then it is not approved. For example,  Vinyl or steel siding  Stucco covered brick, block or concrete  Composite fiber boards, fascia plates Note: This list is not inclusive. Use only approved surfaces.

Installation on stucco is NOT at installer's discretion.

Can I ask why you say pole mount is out of the question? I had a pole mount with HughesNet and I have a pole mount now with Exede and I much rather that then the dish attached to the house. I guess sense there's no windows on the south side my house I don't care that the dish is there along side the a/c units for the house.

I can do it. This one needs some on the other side of the house or it may tip over.
