Installation ruining my house

I had an install completed on a 350,000 new build. exede was told where to install, the installer was 2 hours past the scheduled app time and and installed the equipment to go home for the day and ruined my face of the house. I am looking for a reinstall to where they were told to do it but I have been blown off. the installer refuses to call me. Where do I go? I have made multiple complaints and even when I talk to a manager it still was a normal employee trying to sell me junk. Unfortuanately I have Viasat service on all of my aircraft, multi million dollar accounts.. Very poor customer service to say the least...

Small claims court against the installer, they are probably a local subcontractor for Exede and others.

Just because you want a Satellite in a certain place does not mean that it will work in that place. Only the installer can decide after tests as to the Sat. position (in the atmosphere) where to install the dish. It may not be where you want it but that is what you have to deal with when you are using Satelltie internet.

The installer will not pick up there phone after an installation. (Atleast in the company I work for) this is due to people wanting the installer to come back to there house to do something or an issue happens and instead of people calling tech support they want someone there now to fix it. You said he messed up the face of your house was there any damage done?
