I had an install completed on a 350,000 new build. exede was told where to install, the installer was 2 hours past the scheduled app time and and installed the equipment to go home for the day and ruined my face of the house. I am looking for a reinstall to where they were told to do it but I have been blown off. the installer refuses to call me. Where do I go? I have made multiple complaints and even when I talk to a manager it still was a normal employee trying to sell me junk. Unfortuanately I have Viasat service on all of my aircraft, multi million dollar accounts.. Very poor customer service to say the least...
