Call the office of the person you signed up from.....how did you sign up?

Sadly, an hour late is not that bad.  When I signed up for Exede online, I scheduled a day off to be here for the tech and he never came.  Ever.  No call, no email.  After waiting about a year, I tried again and got the upgrade in a couple of days.

Sorry to hear that your tech is running late. Have you tried calling our main customer care line at 855-463-9333? Did the tech contact you about being late? By calling us we can try to get in touch with the office to see what the delay is.
