Unsure who the problem is. Installer says he never received order. Customer service just kept coming up with sorry answers. Was told they called and spoke to husband (deceased for 17 years) and he told them the afternoon was fine. Duh, impossible. More than once was told they were in route.. Am I making a huge mistake in trying to get internet through this company. I wonder. Unhappy.
Phyllis - It took me three tries over the course of a year to get upgraded from WildBlue to Exede. On one occasion when the installer did not show up, I called and was told there was no clear view of the satellite from my house. This was very curious since I was already on Wildblue, but the interesting part was evidently the installer was able to make that determination without coming to my house. He evidently went to the wrong house, since I was home all day and my driveway is alarmed and under video surveillance. It was well worth the wait however, once the install took place.
