incoming Gmail issue--no new emails in 4 days. I can send but not receive.

My Gmail account isn't accepting emails. Customers have told me their emails are bounced back as undeliverable. I use Outlook 365 on my laptop and Gmail on my phone; it's a gmail address and I have the extra 100 gb data plan Google sells, of which I'm using about 22g. I deleted about half of my old emails today, still nothing. Spent an hour on the phone with Microsoft, but had no luck with Google. Just thought I'd check to see if it's a Viasat issue.

Unfortunately that's a Google issue. Have you tried pulling on a different device (computer, phone?)

Yes. Not a Viasat issue. If they are not even getting to your gmail portal online, it is a Google issue. Not Microsoft nor Viasat nor a device.

I figured it was, but thought I'd check. I have a Verizon phone, and it doesn't do any better on the 4g connection. Google has been no help at all. Gotta figure something out. All my jobs come by email. Thanks for checking in.

Google One - Users with a paid plan are able to get support from "Google experts", for all of Google services. The support is open 24/7 and is available over chat, email and phone.

That said, what is being said here is related to your issue, check MX records, but I don't know if you can access what is mentioned. since he's talking about G Suite

If  all emails are not being received, then the above applies.  I assume one is not sending out more than 500 emails dally.   If so, one needs to tie your bulk email addresses to a group (as I recall).
