Did your plan require a new modem? Did you login to change plans or call? Have you logged in to see if changes were applied?

Did you do it online or call customer service?  When I switch online it is nearly immediate.

Becky, it should change with a modem reset. Have you done that? If you're still having problems, email us your account info (phone or acct. no) to exedelistens@viasat.com and we'll have a look.
