Don't know account number

I can't ever sign into My Exedes because I have autopay and don't know the account #. I"m tired of trying to figure out why we always run out of data 3 weeks into the billing cycle (almost always to the day; weird huh?). I'm just tired but guess I have to put up with whatever I'm dished out. Whatever!!! I"ve played the game and it always goes to the one with the biggest pot and that's you guys.

Send an email to with your contact information and they can help go over your data and also can give you your account number.  Also to set up your myexede account you can use the MAC address off the bottom of the modem or found on the modem status page at  As far as data usage some ASUS wireless routers have a data tracker built in or you can also look online there are several tracking programs you can get.

I sent a email and have not gotten a reply, I resent another today.  I have also called. Tried to do all I was told and still cant get on
