Haven't received return box

I'm feeling frustrated for until now i did not receive the box yet along with the returned instructions. I have called several times already and each customer service rep just promised that the box is on its way already...and that was Dec of 2016, now it's 2017 but still no box yet...How many years should I wait for that box???

Did Wildblue respond to this? I am so frustrated with this scam company and am about to leap into the Wildblue hell of cancellation. I hope I don't experience this! All we can hope for is a class action lawsuit against this fraudulent company!!

Thanks Karla for your comment on my post.  I just don't know if Ms Diana, she claimed as an Exede employee, can help resolve the issue.  I shared my story  also to Kevin Lawhorn, for he was asking it and he might can do something about it...  All i need is the box so I can return the equipment and can get my refund!!!

Hi Diana, thanks for expressing your concern. To let you understand well, this is What actually happened, I'm a long been exede subscriber since 2011 here in MS state.  Sept. of 2015, I went to Texas and got my exede service there too, but with our sudden situation ending of July 2016, we decided to move back to our residence here in MS., and three days before we left, I called exede informing of our moving and the representative that  I was talking told me he will arrange for the installation back in MS., and further told me to disconnect the equipment and he will send the box for it, then I suggested to send the box at my address in MS for I'm taking the equipment with me and it was agreed.  After 3 days upon our arrival here in MS., an exede installer came to my residence with the latest wireless service connection equipment, for the one I'm using in Texas was not wireless. So it was done, i got the wireless service, and since then I was expecting for the box that was promised to be used for the return of the equipment I had in Texas but failed. After a month, I got my bank statement and noticed that I was charged of more than $ 300 for not returning the equipment??? Then I called exede customer service number asking whats going on and she apologised and said, she will arrange for the box and refund will be processed soon as the equipment will be received,...I kept waiting... I made a follow up calls 3 times, and just heard repeated promises, no box yet until now!!!...

Hi Emma,  I'm not sure why you haven't received your box to return the equipment. After an account is disconnected,  UPS usually delivers the box to your home within 7 business days.  Please send an email to exedelistens@viasat.com with your account and contact information so we can look into it for you.
