Just a note to those, like me, who are reading and not liking what you see; I only know enough to create more questions so I called. I wanted to see if I could do better 2 years into start up of my plan for the same money, because hey, we aren't all cutting back expenses? Turned off Directv and started Netfix, BIG data use in 3 days! Trina at Excede customer service related HER personal experience and ran a comparison on my account, she also told me how to cut my "play back setting" on Netfix. That, along with the 5G add on bonus will help tremendously and give me time to reevaluate if I really need a higher priced plan. For those who are new, the offers are great. If you are not a new customer, call customer service and let them evaluate where you use data and see if another plan works. If nothing else, use this 5G x 6 month bonus add, it's there! If you don't get a great CS rep like TRINA, call back! I'm a hard to please consumer; rarely do I get off the phone happy with what I've learned, but today I did! REALLY..!
