If I'm on restrictions, but still receiving very slow internet, am I going to see a increase in my bill for the slow internet?

No, your only "penalty" is slow speeds. You can buy additional data at $10 per GB if you log into your account. I am assuming you are on a Classic Plan? If you are on Liberty you should be getting slower speed, but not very slow speed, unless you are on a highly congested beam.

Yep just speed lost. I have never found a need to buy more, atleast for what I do online.

JEP is correct. You won't be charged anything more than your usual bill unless you purchase more data

Exactly.. I'm more of a browser, occasionally placing an order. Speed isn't an issue for me. I can wait for the new month cycle to start.
