Slow service

I wish I could. As a whole, this is the worst internet service I have received since my dial up modem days. Much buffering and slowness, and no ability to upgrade to a truly worthwhile service.

If you are only experiencing slowness during prime time then you may be in a congested beam (as I am) and there is not much that can be done until the next satellite is launched and online.  If you are experiencing slowness 24/7 and still have data left in your account then there probably is an equipment problem.  Could be dish alignment, could be something with your router or computers.  Contact with your account information and problem statement and they should be able to determine if is an Exede problem or not.
