If you are only experiencing slowness during prime time then you may be in a congested beam (as I am) and there is not much that can be done until the next satellite is launched and online. If you are experiencing slowness 24/7 and still have data left in your account then there probably is an equipment problem. Could be dish alignment, could be something with your router or computers. Contact ExedeListens@viasat.com with your account information and problem statement and they should be able to determine if is an Exede problem or not.
