if i purchase additional data does it carry over to the next billing cycle or do i lose it ?

Hello Gary, if you’re approaching your data cap or you’ve already passed it and your service has been restricted feel free to take advantage of our Buy More feature ($9.99/GB). Use your username and password to log into MyExede Customer Portal. 

This non-refundable purchase will appear on your next bill only. Keep in mind any unused additional data will expire and won’t carry over to the following month.

It is unfair for this data not to carry over to the following month, especially if it hasn't been touched!

We do not offer rollover data options. With that said we offer now and will in the future as well have packages that offer "virtually unlimited" data and do not have a hard data cap like our classic plans do.
