if I discontinue all sevice's of EXEDE, will I be billed some sort of penalty?

Two things to consider...you signed a 2-year contract...if you have not had the service you will be charged $15 X remaining months of your 2-year contract.

And, when you cancel, you will receive a prepaid shipping box to return the modem and Tria...if those are not returned you will be charged for the cost of those units..

Hello Tony, 

To cancel Exede or WildBlue service, you must call Customer Care at 855-463-9333 . If you disconnect your service before the end of your contract, you may be charge early termination fees (ETFs)

$15 for every remaining month on the contract.

Example: If service is canceled 10 months into a 24-month contract:
14 X $15=$210
