I would like to speak to someone concerning my account. I have had nothing but problems with my service for over a month, when I first called in on the 23rd December customer service was having to look at my bill to see what I had for services as my account did not show what services I did have. When I called on the 24th of December about my Exede voice service I was told I did not have voice, I told the support agent I was calling using Exede voice which apparently was impossible to be doing. Someone finally figured out had been flagged for misuse of the phone service(what ?). So seeing how the voice was useless I shut it off and was charged $24 for a service that I never was able to fully use. I am having to reboot my modem once or twice a day, everything is blue but no internet. Tech support says my modem is ok and beyond that they do not have a clue as why I am having to reboot the modem every day.

call the support number or live chat, seems like you have a local problem related to your computer. blue = active sat connection.

Blue may mean active sat connection but I have no internet although it is blue.
