I wonder why my problems went away with plan change

FYI..... I was on a regular Exede data plan for years and decided to change to a Liberty Pass plan. For about the first month it worked great. Then they started enforcing the DAP and it wasn't so great after that. I fully understand that. What I don't understand though is that while on the Liberty Pass plan I had other problems too. I was constantly getting "cannot load page, "cannot find server" and other error messages. Today after being frustrated all morning and almost chunkin the whole mess out the back door, I decided to go back to the exede plan with the free period after midnight. Low and behold, all of my problems disappeared and everything is working perfectly and a lot faster. Not one problem since I changed plans a few hours ago. Doesn't make sense to me but it worked. One difference I did notice is that when I went to the myesvt.exede site and looked at stuff I noticed one difference. Under "Performance" the "packet loss" button was always yellow on Liberty Pass and now it's always green on the Exede Plan. As far as I can tell everything else seems the same. Can an Exede employee please explain why it made such a BIG difference when I changed plans ???

Hi James, When you are in Liberty Pass status, your speeds and slowed and packet loss does show yellow. This is the case for all subscriber who are data restricted.  If you are on a new plan, your Priority data is available and speeds are normal. Your values will be green and speeds will not be slowed until you are data restricted.

I understand the button colors now but maybe I didn't explain it too well,  what I was trying to say was..... even when I was not in Liberty Pass my service was very poor...... constantly losing my connection and pages timing out, servers not found.  All that was constantly happening on Priority Data too but now that I've changed to exede 12 everything works great.  Priority data speed was ok and Pass was very slow the way is was supposed to work.  The only difference in Liberty Priority and Pass was the speed.  The reliability of the connection was very poor in both status.  I had the same problems all the time until I changed plans. Everything is A-OK now in Exede 12.  I know it makes no sense but that is exactly what I experienced, same computer and everything, nothing different about my equipment.  Maybe it's just one of those explainable mysteries..
